Dendric Estate

Dendric Estate is a high-elevation orchard and cidery located in the Kamas Valley of northern Utah, just outside Park City. Surrounded by the Wasatch and Uinta mountain ranges, the estate is being developed as a long-term agricultural project focused on growing premium cider fruit in Utah’s unique mountain climate. The orchard combines modern agricultural practices with a strong commitment to land stewardship, sustainability, and preserving working agricultural space in the region.

Dendric Estate produces dry, sparkling ciders using traditional winemaking techniques more commonly associated with fine sparkling wine than commercial cider production. Fruit is carefully selected and fermented in small batches, with natural Charmat-method carbonation creating lively effervescence and structure. The resulting ciders are bone-dry, food-friendly, and expressive of both fruit quality and place. Through the on-site bottle shop, private events, and a future tasting room, Dendric Estate offers guests an opportunity to connect directly with Utah agriculture, orchard production, and high elevation wine making.

usband-and-wife team Brendan and Carly Coyle bring their passion for craft beverages and mountain living to Dendric Estate. Brendan’s journey began in the Utah brewing scene before earning his Master of Science in Brewing and Distilling Sciences in Edinburgh. He returned to Park City in 2008 to join High West Distillery as Master Distiller and later served as Master Distiller for Constellation Brands’ global spirits portfolio.

Seeking a closer connection to the land and raw ingredients, Brendan and Carly acquired their 20- acre Kamas Valley estate in 2019. Founded in 2023, Dendric Estate represents the next evolution of their craft – setting a new standard for dry mountain cider, blending expertise, innovation, and a deep respect for the environment.
