3 Springs Land and Livestock

3 Springs Land and Livestock is a regenerative ranch in Kamas Valley, Utah, focused on restoring the land, raising nutrient-dense food, and supporting a more resilient food system. Using holistic management and soil health principles, the ranch raises grass-finished beef and pasture-raised poultry while improving soil, increasing biodiversity, and strengthening local ecosystems. Every decision—how cattle are moved, how pastures are managed, and how animals are cared for—is made with long-term land health in mind.

Beyond producing high-quality food, 3 Springs serves as a hub for education and research, helping ranchers, landowners, and producers adopt regenerative practices that improve both land and livelihoods. The ranch partners with organizations like the Savory Institute, Utah State University, and the Utah Department of Agriculture to track the impact of regenerative grazing and provide hands-on workshops, consulting, and field days. Whether helping others transition to regenerative ranching or sharing real-world insights, the goal is always to create a more sustainable, profitable future for agriculture.

At its core, 3 Springs is built on the belief that healthy soil leads to healthy food and thriving communities. By demonstrating what’s possible through better land stewardship, the ranch is proving that agriculture can be a powerful tool for environmental and economic resilience.
