Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch (BMGR) is a family-owned and operated destination rooted in the heart of southern Utah, bordering the Grand Staircase–Escalante National Monument. For nearly two decades, the ranch has embodied a commitment to sustainability, community, and creative land stewardship — blending hospitality, regenerative agriculture, and outdoor education into one truly unique experience.
Founded and directed by Brandie, BMGR has grown from a small, rustic getaway into a full-scale destination offering farm-to-table dining, eco-conscious lodging, wedding and retreat venues, and seasonal workshops that highlight local food systems, nature connection, and the arts. The ranch’s on-site restaurant, Sweetwater Kitchen, sources ingredients from its own gardens and surrounding regional producers, showcasing the bounty of Utah’s high desert region.
Now expanding into agritourism, BMGR invites guests to experience life on the land — from guided garden tours and hands-on workshops to culinary experiences and educational events focused on sustainability, native ecology, and mindful living.
At its core, Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch is a space that celebrates the intersection of nature, nourishment, and community — offering visitors an authentic glimpse into Utah’s rural heritage and the modern movement to protect and live in harmony with the land.
