Higbee Honey began in the spring of 2017 with a single hive and a fascination with the behavior, social dynamics and communication of honey bees. Since that beginning, Higbee Honey has grown from selling to friends, family and at a road-side stand to establishing a full-time brick and mortar business with an online, as well as farmer’s market presence. Higbee Honey has become a source of the highest quality local and varietal honeys available and is respected by connoisseurs. Higbee Honey offers honey tastings in its honey shop in Morgan, Utah, as well as for private and corporate events. Higbee Honey is a Veteran-owned, family business.

Michael Higbee began his beekeeping journey in the spring of 2017 with a single hive and a fascination with the behavior, social dynamics and communication of honey bees. Since that beginning, Mike has grown his apiary to as many as 180 hives and has become a honey connoisseur, offering honey tastings in his honey shop in Morgan, Utah, as well as private and corporate events. Mike is also a member of the Utah Air National Guard making Higbee Honey a Veteran-owned Business.
